Being a mystery shopper requires, amongst other things, that you are able to observe specific conditions of the purchase situation you're in, and that you can write down your observations. As a mystery shopper you must therefore, both act as an ordinary customer and make some observations about your experiences in the shop and then prepare a report.

As a mystery shopper is also important that:

•    you are flexible and comply with agreements and schedules

•    you are reliable and trustworthy
•    you are conscientious and thorough
•    you are good to observe unobtrusively

•    you can take in impressions and experiences - and describe it with words!

•    you can read and write Danish

•    you are discreet and confidential about the observations you make and the material you have access to

•    you have access to a computer and the internet
•    you are aged 18 or over

Servicemind continuously seeks freelancers to carry out mystery shopping and mystery dining. All freelancers are hired on a project basis, so you should be aware that you cannot count on a fixed income, but that the job is a complement to other jobs.
