Collaboration with Servicemind is dynamic

"At Magasin, we use two products from Servicemind; Mystery Shopping and exit polls. Both types of assessments are performed in all Magasin stores. Assessment via exit polls - where customers are questioned when leaving the store - we use on a strategic level. We get customers' immediate experience of their visits to Magasin and we can constantly keep an eye on whether we deliver the service we have set ourselves as the goal. Mystery Shopping is used in the individual shops within Magasin and they form the basis of a number of offers for training and coaching to our employees, and the individual shop manager will be able to see what the situation is in their particular area.
