Store Check – How?

In close cooperation with you, standards are established for the shop, including fittings and signage, but also standards for lighting, window decoration, POS material, etc.  A checklist will be developed based on these standards and thorough instructions given to Servicemind’s shop consultants.

Our consultants make 6-12 unannounced annual visits to the chain and review the checklist together with each responsible shop manager. The visitation report is completed by Servicemind and sent respectively to the shop managers and the operations director/manager. The visitation report contains a clear action plan for the shop, with instructions for modifications, so the chain's desired profile is clearly reflected.
